This book is why I love the bi-wakening/only for you type of stories.
Noah & Liam had me from the first barbs that they threw at each other cause we all love hostility between who we know will become everything to each other.

Liam's struggle is hard to get through because it can be difficult to realize that your entire life is changing but it's a struggle that is needed. Did I want to punch him at times? oh absofuckinglutely! He was a dick to Noah.
Noah is that typical college kid. Struggling for loans, money for food, a past that is traumatic only to end up in almost the same situation as before. I wanted to hug him so much especially after encounters with Liam.
These two grow so much as the book goes on and I couldn't be happier with the outcome because after all of that, It was earned.

The spice, yes there is spice an abundance of it too.

Liam's struggles & Noah's struggles are what make this book. The title is fitting for their story, in a lot of ways can be noticed throughout the book.
Truly a great start to a great series.
