Having read the Iliad, I recognized many of the characters featured in the play. The imagery of the battle scenes I felt came to life by Shakespeare's hand were the vivid talks between characters, especially with one of the descriptions in Act 5. I think Cressida can to be summed up with words she used to describe herself "boldness comes to me now."
