This is disappointing. The first volume was decent, even if I found Danvers' bravado to be overdone, but this collection is boring and goes no where. What's the point? Nothing happens aside from an introduction to a weakness that C.M. will obviously overcome, and while it ties into the previous set, it does so in the worst way (with time travel again).

I want to like this character but so far she sucks.
