This can be a bit of a hard read due to some of the content and language but it is only used to provide authenticity to the setting & time period. Unfortunately, this story is all too real when you think of those who let hate rule their heart. Wanda Morris is wonderful at creating vivid imagery and characters so well developed you can envision their lives. Her pacing is well done a balanced approach to heart thumping and slow burn. I look forward to reading more by Morris in the future.
