Oh man... I had such high hopes for this series, it promised to be something special but it’s just...not.
Again, the events of this book take place over a day, not even a day, a hour or two. Yes, it’s short, but really, it could be combined with the first book, and ones to follow (with a bit of editing) for a cohesive, great product.
Here, conversations go in circles, questions take 3 pages (yes I counted) to be answered and even then it isn’t really an answer. Again, it feels like a blatant ploy to get people to keep reading the series and buying books, but judging by other reviews, that’s not working.
I want more from this book, from this series. There’s stuff happening, but from an overall story point of view things are progressing glacially. I want so much more from this series. More romance, more movement, more everything.
I hate to say it, but I probably won’t be continuing on with this series. What’s the point when readers are treated so poorly?

Also, why have this book, and book one disappeared off Amazon? I know the first chapter of this book was originally the last chapter of book one, but to release this book on April 9 and for it to disappear on April 14 is dodgy...
