This book through me for a loop! The murder was solved fairly quickly and very easily which left me feeling confused. I was disappointed and found myself asking, "Is that it? Is it over now? What the fuck, where are the demons?!"

Then the story picked up with the second murder and everything shifted! It was no longer a cozy little murder mystery, it was a demonic possession trapped under a dome murder mystery! It was well written with pretty decent characters and a unique, interesting plot. A nice twist on the typical genre.

Also the demon cat is the best boy, of course.
