River Wild
by Samantha Towle
River Wild started off with a bang, and didn't stop from then on.
River and Carrie/Annie's story is not always an easy one to read. It touches on some dark and painful issues, and I felt that it was done well (not having been through any of the things they have, I can only say how I felt about it). I like stories with broken characters (I can't be the only one a bit sick of the perfect guy meets the perfect girl stories?) and I
Being inside our lovelies heads as they faced the demons of their pasts, it was an emotional journey. I wanted to scream, I wanted to cry, I wanted to throw my kindle at people.
And as much as an ar$e that River could be, I couldn't help but want Carrie and River to get their HEA - it wasn't a light and fluffy journey to get there.
I read this book in one evening, as once I started it I couldn't put it down.
