London is such a great heroine. I loved her in the first book but here she takes the stage in full bloom and she really sparks.
Jackson is just a much nicer guy than I thought he would, especially since he’s a CEO and we all know that they usually are really alpha and sometimes jerks but that’s not the case here. At points, he is quite innocent.
Probably that’s why it works so much for me, I do need some more soft heroes in my romances.
The family and friends relationship ties are strong and I’m really glad that Celine proved to be a “good villain “ , maybe we will get her story at some point in the future.
