I like this book, and I don't like this book. This book was written to be used with children on the spectrum to learn their strengths and weaknesses. And I think it can be great for that. I don’t fully understand how this lays out as I am not, nor do I work with anyone on the spectrum. As an outside observer I think this could be a very good book. Things I don’t like all have to do with layout. I don't like all the reference that say “go to the worksheet on this page.” I think the work sheets should be next to the page they are intended to go with. Plus there is more explanations in back such as what do the graphics mean, how do the walk lines work, etc. I think these should flow with the book instead of being an appendix. But as I said, this subject is not my field of expertise. I would carry the book in my library if that helps.
