Really great middle grade sci fi and a well done audiobook. The writing was beautiful, and you’re rooting for Petra the whole way through. I loved the storytelling, especially with the Mexican folklore mixed in. The book showcases the importance of oral and written history as well as cultural diversity in a really beautiful way.
