I needed this book! Among all the self-help books, this is finally one that takes into account the challenges and nuances of being a part of one (or more) marginalized group(s).
What others do is called gaslighting. Being told to just suck it up, mediate, move, and eat healthy can never be a sustainable strategy for all.
