The attack is on!
Okay that was bad.
Anyway...The titans are attacking. Everyone is dying. As we know in the final pages of the last volume some major deaths occur. Then there's the new titan who shows up and we get to see some titan on titan action. No, not like sex, but they kill each other. Then we also get to see Mikasa backstory and why she is like she is. Heartbreaking and sad but powerful.
Good: Love the art still. Clear and easy to see and read. I think this volume is dreadful but always interesting, and even seeing everyone die is both exciting and sad. The end is also filled with "holy shit" moments.
Bad: Some people might feel this series is too dark during this time.
Overall great. Fantastic. It really is what made me such a big fan of the series. I love when the heroes always have their odds stacked against them. A 4.5 out of 5.
