So. That’s over.


Not gonna lie, I was really disappointed with this book. I don’t know if the problem was the actual story, or if I just hyped it up in my head too much. Either way it was a let down.


Juliette was barely in this book, so there were almost no Warnette scenes, which I didn’t understand since that’s what most of the rest of the series focuses on.

The ending didn’t really feel like an ending. There were a lot of plot points and loose threads that didn’t get explained or tied up. We never learn what happens after they defeat the Reestablishment.

We also don’t get to see Warnette’s wedding, which I’m so sad about. I wish the epilogue went further into the future so maybe we get answers.


This book is probably my most disappointing anticipation read.
