2023 re-read due to the show coming out … still love it and love the show so much

I absolutely love this world the Leigh Bardugo has created. Everything about it is so unique and so interesting that I think she could continually come up with me stories about the Grisha and I would read them.
I absolutely loved this book, I flew through it because there was never a dull moment. It started off quick and never slowed down. I really enjoyed that Bardugo took her time with telling the story of Alina's discover and her training. Some authors move too quickly with those things but that's half the fun in reading books like this. Now we have two more books to get into the real heart of the story and what is going to happen next.
I am so excited to get to the next book! It's going to have to wait a little because I don't have book 3 yet but as soon as possible I'm going to read Siege and Storm!
