A Stone for Sascha
by Aaron Becker
We follow a stone through time to see how it has been used. The artwork is, as always, gorgeous. I didn't like, however, that the people felt like caricatures of different cultures. It felt like the message was supposed to be some universality, but instead it felt very othering. I'm also not at all clear that children could follow the tale without a LOT of adult guidance.
