Manhunt
by Gretchen Felker-Martin
I gave up trying to really understand what was going on around page 100. So many characters that were constantly being introduced, so many scenery changes, so many switching POVs made it hard to follow. I don't think I would have understood the plot unless I read the back, and I wish the apocalypse was explained a little more, because we're given nothing.
BUT, the trans/queer representation in this book is so great. So many trans characters, so many queer characters, and they're all figuring evil TERFs!! I can look past the way this made no sense for these characters. It was just as scary as it was sad. We need more trans horror
