Absolutely brilliant.

Wow, this instalment of the Hidden Species series was a one sitting, don’t want to end read. Hooked me in and wouldn’t let me go.
Alistair is the most quirky, weird, dangerously competent Hellhound that can be oh so loveable. He knows the power of his puppy dog eyes and pouty bottom lip and is not afraid to use it. Adrian, the species leader finds that he has little resistance to the sexy Hellhound. There’s plenty of chemistry between them and before too long Alistair has to reassess his no relationship status and enjoys informing others that Adrian is his “lover”.
The overall story arc continues and there certainly are some unexpected twists along the way which keep things very interesting.
All of the characters from the previous books are featured and they do provide plenty of comic relief. As Noah says, “.......they’ve sucked me into the vortex of their idiocy.”
This is a truly enjoyable, entertaining and engaging read with minimal angst, humour and a cast of interesting characters trying to save the world.
I cannot recommend this book highly enough and it would be of great benefit to read the other books first.
