Forrest For The Trees by Kilby Blades was an intriguing and heartwarming romance. Forrest is definitely my new favorite book boyfriend. I love that he woos Sierra with sandwiches and beautiful scenery. I enjoyed how Sierra slowly realizes that Forrest isn’t who she thought he was at the beginning of the story. The mystery about the fires in the park had me guessing and I did not predict how it was resolved. My biggest struggle with this book was the amount of characters, what their positions are, and who they reported to. Overall, I really enjoyed this story and want Forrest to be my forever book boyfriend!
