Man I'm going to be honest, the story was decent enough but this art...

So the story of angels in human like form at war basically is nothing new but Moreci does a solid enough job making fun scenarios and big fights with lots of bombs/gunfire/sword fighting. So the story itself, while silly and very punisher like, is still pretty fun. But...the art? It's hard to tell what the FUCK is happening half the time. Everything looks very in the shadows and I can't even tell who is who sometimes. I also think the flow of the scenes isn't great and this is 100% on the artist for that one.

So yeah, I liked the majority of AWA stuff a lot but this one didn't work for me at all. I hope Michael Moreci can work more though as I think he has a solid understanding on story and dialogue but didn't go well with what the art was showing here. 2.5 out of 5.
