I'd recommend checking the trigger warnings before reading. For most of the story I  had a bad feeling that Ezra went through something horrible with the way he was acting. Josh and Ezra are step brothers who fall in love with each other. They have their ups and downs but they are good for each other. Josh handles Ezra and his "secrets" well.
