4.0

As they say "The Devil Lives in Scotland".

Hale, a famous killer, says the Devil made me do it. Hale is convicted of murdering a fellow schoolmate. He's found hanging in his prison cell with scratches on his body. He leaves a manuscript behind telling the true story of what happened for anyone who will read it and listen to what he has to say.

I don't think I've ever read a book like this before in my life. It is written as if the story was true but it is fiction. I loved how Lucas wrote it. It was addicting!! From the first page to the last I was hooked. I couldn't figure out what was going to happen the entire novel. The suspense level was high! I had no clue where the author was taking me but I was definitely down for the ride!

I don't get scared very easily but, when my lights started flickering when reading this book
