A Silent Voice, Vol. 1

This has a surprising number of low to meh reviews and that makes me so sad! Yes, it's a bullying story from the pov of the bully, so it's not a fun read, but the author never lets you think the bully is in the right at any time, so I never had a problem with it. If anything, I had a problem with Nishimiya's mum at points but overall, I really liked this and it was a really quick read so I'll definitely be picking up vol 2 in the future!
Rep: Deaf main character (with hearing aids)
TW: Bullying of deaf character - verbal & physical, Destruction of property (hearing aids).
