Chasing Daisy by Paige Toon
5.0

As you can guess by my updates, I LOVED this book! Paige Toon, you've done it again.

I've read Johnny Be Good and Baby Be Mine, and I realised a quarter of the way through this book, that I recognised Daisy from a bit at the end of Baby Be Mine when she shows up with her other half - so I knew who she was going to end up with, I just didn't know how. I love the fact that Paige combined her worlds of Daisy, Meg and Johnny and that Daisy had seen Meg, Christian and Barney, and figured out Meg's big secret about barney with one glance!

Both Will and Luis in this book are both really nice guys, with really different personalities. Luis definitely has that South American spice and feistiness to him, which definitely played off well with the Italian passion and temper that Daisy inherited from her grandparents but then Will was much more soft-spoken, kind and decent. It was so hard to know who to root for. Being honest, I was totally expecting Will to end up being the biggest ass, cause obviously he had the girlfriend and he was so torn between Daisy and Laura. I really did not expect what happened!

I mean, bam, just like that he was dead. I totally didn't see it coming considering the fact I knew Daisy somehow ended up with Luis. And so sad that Daisy couldn't really mourn properly cause noone knew about her and Will!

Holly kinda irritated me. She was quite snappy at times, and I know she had stuff going on sometimes but she was so judgemental of Daisy, I wanted her to just go away. But in the end, she was there for her!

Really enjoyed the ending, and I'd love for another book to come out about Daisy. I really liked her!
