Starbrand is a decent story but man oh man is this run just feel so...pointless?

Jason Aaron is a solid writer. Some of his indie work is amazing, and I enjoyed Thor, but this...is so boring. It's just the avengers going on big adventures without any heart, just a couple of banter moments, and almost NO growth as characters. This avengers isn't a horrible run, and this volume is actually one of the better ones with Starbrand being reborn and the avengers going head to head with the Harolds, but...I just can't get behind this run much.
