At the moment it feels a bit like you can't move for YouTuber books, and being totally honest, as much as I love Dan and Phil, when they announced the book my first thought was 'here we go again'.

But it's so so so wonderful!!!! I think that the difference between this book and some, er, other YouTube books (mentioning no names), could be equated as the difference between selling merch and slapping your name on a clothing line. I really felt that every single page had been thought out, and the variety of stuff in there was... incredible!

We had the stories of their births, floor plans of both Manchester and London flats, the infamous 'which dining chair are you' quiz (I was blue), a Dan and Phil manga and they even each wrote phanfiction. Which was only mildly horrifying.

It reminded me of a really really good version of those annuals that you always used to buy in mid-January once they were reduced to £1 in WHSmiths, only about 4 times the size and without the wordsearches and maze quizzes for padding. An absolute must-buy for any phan out there!
