Chlorine Sky was one of the first novels I’ve read in verse and I enjoyed different format for the narrative. Sky is a character I’m sure many people could relate to; growing up discovering who you are, growing out of friendships, first real heartbreak, and finding your voice. Chlorine Sky is a short but impactful read. I liked how Sky’s name wasn’t revealed until the end. Browne writes in a straightforward and impactful way.
