I finally got some of the answers I was looking for. I read the Titans comics before this crossover, so some events had happened that changed a few dynamics within the team. Deathstroke is an asshole, as usual. He has been anything but a stellar father all his life and his solution to his son dying because of it is stealing superpowers and trying to go back in time to fix it. Don't we all know by now that trying to change the past always works out horribly? Also, Kid Flash is an idiot. I know he's young and naive, but holy crap. All the criticism he got from Damian was well deserved. By the end of the graphic novel we find out why Wally ends up with a heart condition, which is really unfortunate considering his superpower is literally track and field on steroids. This comic was more explanatory to me than super interesting. It was okay, but not amazing. I'm not a huge fan of crossovers to begin with, though.
