I had a lot of fun reading this book and I think it's an excellent start for a new series but I missed Any and his smart-ass witticism.
The plot is full of twists and turns and keeps you hooked till the end, the cast of characters is well written and I liked them, both human and canine.
It's an excellent read that I enjoyed.
I think it's matter of starting a new series and getting used to new characters.
I recommend it.
