I loved being back in Starboard Beach!  Alex was one of my favourite characters from the first book and I couldn't wait to read his story.  This story had me captivated from the very beginning and still has me thinking about it.  It has some of my favourite tropes (friends to lovers, witty banter, slow burn, etc.) but also has great emotional depth.  I found myself laughing, then crying, then laughing again.  The banter is top-notch in this story and Alex gives great Golden Retriever energy.  This one is a great read and I am definitely looking forward to reading more from Tracy.
