It was cute, and started out fun. I really enjoyed the characters and how their flaws played into the story. The hotel in and of itself became a character too which was fun.
The pacing was a bit odd though. Toward the middle it really started to drag with a lot of unnecessary repetition of "he pushes too much, she runs away, she misses him and comes back, repeat", and then suddenly the story just kind of wraps up and all the main points are sort of resolved, but there are still a few lingering threads that didn't really need to be rehashed if they weren't going to be resolved.
