The preschool teacher in me is forever a sucker for a great children's book- and this is a great children's book.

With the ridiculous year the NHL has had with banning pride tape and then immediately giving in when pressed about how idiotic and backwards that was, I was so excited to find a book that is what hockey claims it is- accepting and open to all.

The story is darling and the illustrations are gorgeous. A really fun, meaningful book about the love for one sport bringing so many diverse kinds of people together. I love this one.
