I don't...know if I liked this? I have no idea what to rate it!

There were good parts but I just didn't like anyone for like a good chunk of the book. There's so much emotional manipulation and the weird statutory rape situation. I'm kinda utterly confused about what power everyone has. Like no one seems to actually know anything about each other which seems odd for a government of magic ppl. There was just a lot that I didn't get. However, I actually really liked the writing.
