Honest Review for Wining the Orc's Heart - Early Copy
Gosh Graz.
So adorable. 🥰 I love him. Little goofy, lotta stubborn, but willing to learn about his little human and her ways. There's a moment in there where I was seriously putting all my trust in Lyonne to give me a happy ending, because I wasn't positive where the story was going, but she takes care of her readers of course.
"Her body gleefully swallows me up, encasing me in her pristine warmth. I shut my eyes to hold back my finish, because I'm already so close with just one stroke. How does she do this to me? I can j**k off for an hour, but one taste of her and I'm at the precipice."
Winning is exciting, adventurous, and just as quick as the other Trollkin series books. It gives Indiana Jones, but monster romance. It's fated mates, but they don't immediately fall in love with each other and actively reject the bond. The magic is a little confusing to understand, but the characters grow and learn and make judgment calls, and live with the consequences of messing with said magic.
This is thee last book of the series supposedly, and I feel like there are a ton of unanswered questions, but maybe we will get answers later on!
