It's the best self-help book I've read so far. Short and on point, it's a compilation of several different methods found in many books that the author found to be working. I was nodding all the time while listening to the audio.

It was the first time I've intentionally picked an English translation of a Czech book and not the original. It may seem weird but I vaguelly remembered reading an interview with the autor about the English version and the fact that they had to change or update some things to reflect recent studies and research. I hope I'm not wrong, I can't find the interview online anymore.
