There's life before reading this book, and life after. This book changed me. Whether it was for better or worse, I can't say. But I was remade by each chapter and reshaped by every word, I've never read something so beautifully tragic in my entire life, my heart bled for these character and their impending damnation. It felt like watching a car wreck where your eyes are glued to the scene no matter how gruesome.
10/10 I don't think I can ever read this book again
