louise_ros 's review for:
Excalibur
by Bernard Cornwell
The last one was good, but a more muddled tale then the previous books. There was a lot of loose ends that needed tidying up, and I thought it was a little less straight forward a narrative. It was also an abrupt ending, which is fine, but I didn't seem to have time to breathe after the last battle.
The friendship is the best part of the narrative by far and the love these men share.
Not a perfect book, but at the same time an awesome ending to the tale.
