Unfortunately, I saw the film before I read the book. Fortunately, I saw the film before I read the book. I like both of these outcomes because I could enjoy the film thoroughly, however I knew the plot of the book which I don't like. This book was thrilling with the twist on the third person view, it takes you on the journey of Thomas coming into the glade life. The character development (especially chuck) was outstanding because you could relate to them all equally. But chuck has to be every ones favourite character!
The plot alone was outstanding, a personal favourite.
