A Not So Meet Cute
by Meghan Quinn
I don’t read much of this type of genre and after being persuaded I think I can say I LOVE IT. At least the corner of it with Meghan Quinn as the author. Her way with words has stolen me entirely. I absolutely cracked up out loud in multiple parts of this story and it was all to do with her writing. Her head must be a fantastic place because some of the scenarios were just outrageously funny.
I really enjoyed Lottie as a character and her thoughts were the best. I felt terrible for her in the first few chapters especially and she never steered me wrong. Hux was a bit of a brute but I loved it. He wasn’t dramatically so and still had a soft character. Plus her sister and his brothers just added the perfect little balance. I couldn’t staaaand Angela but she was a nice little antagonist. All in all this was a great read and I am immediately going to the next by her!
