it's true. the side couple is far more interesting than the main couple. main couple is comparatively forgettable. I love the little autistic twink and his buff gangster himbo. wasn't expecting their problems to be

overcoming generational trauma, gang violence, and un-pay-offable debt

but I was expecting it to be

"dick so big it won't fit in my ass"

so I'm glad I haven't lost my touch in the small timeframe I haven't read BL. 

main couple was, as said before, forgettable. not particularly compelling. generally speaking the seriousness of the topics portrayed didn't mesh well with the overall comedic tone. I am also going to need yohan to get that Fuckass Wolf Skeleton Tattoo REMOVED. it's STUPID and DUMB and SILLY and makes him look like a FOOL. get something cooler ur brother set u up w that one
