These books never disappoint I am always wanting to read more by the end they has both great characters and story. I love the characters very much this time the story dives into Ingvar and his issues with his sight or lack thereof I like how the book solves this problem even if it is way ahead of its time. The characters are so interesting there is never a dull moment when they are around there are highs and lows it makes for great reading. Characters are being added more and more and they just add to the story. The plot was really interesting the characters go to the palace in Araluen and meet the King things happen there are some disagreements after that assassin's are after the princess of Araluen Cassandra so after awhile the group sets out to take out the assassin's at there source so many things happen one of them is badly injured they continue on their way find where they need to go and eventually the bad guy is defeated and they head home looking forward to reading more.
