I decided to give this one three stars because I was intrigued enough to finish the novel, but it took every ounce of motivation to get there. Not the greatest thriller I’ve read this year due to seemingly boring plot until the last 50 pages and I wouldn’t recommend this one if you are looking to get into Rader-Day’s work. I enjoyed her other novel Little Pretty Things much more and would point any interested readers to that one instead.
