This was my first book by Abby Knox and I really enjoyed the story, characters, and town in this book. The story manages to maintain a lighthearted feeling throughout most of the story even though it does touch on some serious topics as well and I felt that it got a lot of story into this novella. I enjoyed getting to know both Shenna & Hurley in this story and enjoyed some of the other characters as well even if we don't get to know them well. The epilogue at the end was also really sweet. I plan to look into some of this authors other books in the future.
