This book had good writing and a fun format, but it was incredibly frustrating. Mostly because the characters were so difficult to like, but I honestly think they were supposed to be hard to like. Smith and Jade are grieving the Loss of Iris, they were both struggling through it. As the book went along they got more bearable, but still not enough to save either of their characters. Carl, on the other hand was a new intern with no connection to Iris, and he was a train wreck from the start. He caused All the drama, and every time it was a freaking accident, like be more aware dude.
