This is definitely not a steamy hot read. It is overwhelming sweet and heart warming. This was my first Laura Guhrke book and I would love to try more from her. The focus is on the relationship, the love, the feelings, the difficulties. Good character development. Not my favorite trope but ever so sweet of a story.
