I have to say, One Week Girlfriend was a pretty good book. It was nice to read a NA book where the girl wasn't a virgin and the guy wasn't a man whore. I liked that, a lot. It was a nice change of pace.

Fable and Drew both had some screwed up families. But this story was mostly about Drew. I figured out what was going on with Drew and his family turmoil pretty early on. But I think it was meant to be rather obvious. It was horrible. I think this story was more about Drew healing, letting go of the past and finding a way to let someone else in.

In comes Fable. She was amazing. I loved her pretty much instantly. She was such a strong and caring person. It's truly admirable the way she takes care of the people around her, especially her younger brother. She was a guarded person too, but underneath the tough exterior, she clearly cared a lot about people. I can definitely see why she would be such a good thing for Drew. Although I am curious how much being with him would benefit her. Besides the fact that she wouldn't be so lonely. I think we will get a clearer picture of that in the next book though, which I really look forward to reading when it comes out. This book ended on such a bittersweet note, and I'm curious what the future holds in store for these two.
