When Quinn gets some devastating news and wants to live and do something that she has dreamed of. Take a road trip on Route 66. The day before she leaves her small town in Virginia, she runs into Rockstar Rhett and he joins her on the journey.

I loved Quinn and Rhett’s story. I loved how these two strangers formed a connection and slowly started to knock down walls and form a deeper connection. Though, Quinn does continue to hold back throughout their time together because she doesn’t know what the future holds for her and she doesn’t want to let Rhett in for fears that it could change everything.

This story is beautiful from the beginning and takes you on an emotional journey. It is easy to fall in love with Rhett and Quinn. I loved that Rhett helped Quinn bring out what was always deep inside her on their journey across the country. The strength and confidence within Quinn is inspiring.

The last few chapters of their story destroyed me, I am pretty sure I cried through a majority of them. It was perfect for these two characters and their story. This is just one of those stories you have to read for yourself, because there aren’t enough words to describe it.
