This is a really good introduction to Norse mythology. It's primarily intended for children, but many adults will also find it interesting and informative. 

The book is lavishly illustrated. At first I wasn't sure about the art style (it's very angular and stylised) but I came to appreciate it, especially once I realised carefully thought out some of the illustrations are (for example the way the body of Ymir becomes Midgard). I love the bold use of colour. 

Definitely recommended.
