📖 My Thoughts
This short novella is packed full of feelings. Beckett and Gemma have wonderful banter. She's a single mum barely keeping it together. The pressure she puts on herself is something many of us can relate to. I was feeling anxious knowing all she was trying to keep together. When they work together in a project they get stuck and feelings develop more. I loved how this author cared for her characters, as short as this story was, she conveyed the essence of how they grew from coworkers to HEA. I cannot recommend this book enough. If you do too much, and feel anxious all the time, pick this book to feel more optimistic.

🌶️ Spice
He falls first and manages to be careful with her. Open door but brief. It went with the flow of the story.

Special Notes
The music scene was very emotional. Loved the blueprint cover.

The author graciously provided a copy to review. Opinions are my own.
