Me gustan los mensajes positivos de este libro de que nunca está bien intimidar a alguien por su apariencia, y está bien que le gusten las cosas divertidas sin importar cuál sea la percepción de otras personas. El niño de este libro no es transgénero. Solamente le gustan los colores brillantes y es creativo.
¡Me encantan las lindas ilustraciones y el interesante estilo artístico! Cada escena está llena de emoción y el arte realmente muestra el significado detrás de la historia.

A little boy likes to paint his fingernails in bright colors, but the other boys at school make fun of him and say he is a girl. The boy's father starts to paint his fingernails too, just to show that boys or men can have painted fingernails and still be masculine. On his birthday, the entire class at the boy's school has a special surprise for him. They ALL paint their fingernails too, even the boys!
I like the positive messages in this book that it is never okay to bully someone for their appearance, and it is okay to like fun things no matter what other people's perception is. The boy in this book is not transgender. He just likes bright colors, and he is creative.
I love the cute illustrations and the interesting art style! Every scene is full of emotion, and the art really shows the meaning behind the story.
