Definitely dated, especially regarding views of women, with odd extrapolation of technology (it’s a very 40s world, but with ray guns & antigravity atomic-powered spaceships), and Mars has a breathable atmosphere, but I’ve read far worse from this era. Plus, now I actually understand the old “Fans are slans!” phrase I’ve seen floating around old SF writing.
